Training is extremely important for all new employees given the regulations and high standards we have within the CRO industry and we are very proud of our PACE (Professionals Achieving CRA Excellence) program. We have a designated team that reviews compensation benchmarks to ensure we are constantly aligned with the market and remain competitive in the industry.
