Flexible hours. Good support and ongoing training. A clear path of progression. Trust their employees. Approachable managers. Casual working environment.
Cons
No permanent working-from-home option following the return to office after COVID restrictions. You can work from home as you need to as part of the flexible working arrangements which is great, however, there was no option to change to a remote employee which would have suited me better with changing circumstances.
