Pros

Positive environment, good culture, great boss, co-workers are nice and work together to achieve common goals, work life balance, hybrid WFH flexibility, opportunities for growth without having to wait for someone to leave, pay is good, no blackout dates for time off, always something new to learn, deadline driven, workload is manageable, and management works proactively to hire based on business needs to help prevent employee burnout.

Cons

Pay and title start lower than expected but get better once you’ve proven your value. Promotions are done quarterly and the timelines/performance for each level are not very transparent which has resulted in turnover when people have been passed up on promotions and department decides to hire outside of Medpace than to promote from within when there are great employees who are more than qualified. Parking is harder to come by on Together Tuesdays, but isn’t impossible.

Thank you for the positive review! We believe the culture we promote provides a place employees want to stay long-term. We have multiple levels structured within each position that provides ongoing opportunities for advancement. Considerations for promotion are based on minimum requirements such as experience and performance. However, we encourage you to discuss any concerns or suggestions with your supervisor or HR Rep. We appreciate your feedback and insight!

Pros

Coworkers are willing to help you and answer questions.

Cons

Abysmal pay for industry standards. Work will be piled on continuously. More and more studies. Forced to present impossible timelines. And then you have to speak to why these timelines were not met after the fact when it's outside of your control. Travel expectations thrown at you with a couple days notice. CEO micromanages the entire company. They track when you badge in and badge out of the building. You have to badge out to exit. Upper management throws you under the bus in front of sponsor despite agreeing with you in prep call and telling you they will have your back. People here work crazy long hours late into the evening and think it's normal.
