Pros

In the end, there were no pros to working for this predatory organization

Cons

Management is awful. Don’t expect your manager to have your back Greed - this company grosses almost $2 billion every single year yet won’t offer quality health benefits. Raises are awful, and they will look for any reason to not give you one. Extreme overreactions to policy issues. This company laid off hundreds of amazing employees in March of this year for absolutely no reason at all - they sought to use WFH time as an excuse to cost hundreds of people their livelihood so that they could phase them out to hire younger, cheaper employees. The way they treat employees is appalling. You can give your all, excel at your work & still get everything taken away from you in the blink of an eye. The mass layoffs in March were shocking, disgusting, and unnecessary. Medpace didn’t mind though! From top to bottom, integrity doesn’t exist at this company.

Pros

Coworkers are willing to help you and answer questions.

Cons

Abysmal pay for industry standards. Work will be piled on continuously. More and more studies. Forced to present impossible timelines. And then you have to speak to why these timelines were not met after the fact when it's outside of your control. Travel expectations thrown at you with a couple days notice. CEO micromanages the entire company. They track when you badge in and badge out of the building. You have to badge out to exit. Upper management throws you under the bus in front of sponsor despite agreeing with you in prep call and telling you they will have your back. People here work crazy long hours late into the evening and think it's normal.
