Awful Company - Advanced Clinical Practitioner Medpace Employee Review

Confusing pay structure, you never know how to work for a bonus or raise. Company owner is very full of himself and condescending. "If you don't like it then you can leave" mentality. The bids were always high when compared to competitors, but then it reflected poorly on the bid defense team when the accounts weren't won. Owner insisted that "you get what you pay for" and that's why Medpace was priced high, but then punished the team members for not winning the bids.
