Toxic Work Environment - overworked and underpaid - Full Time Medpace Employee Review

Poor communication between management and employees. Reversal of the remote work policy with very little flexibility, despite not having sufficient parking for the employees (employees are forced to park in remote lots). The environment itself is toxic and the stress level is high due to random mass-firings of its employees. Think "I could be next" mentality. Job security is non-existent. The pay is well below the industry standard and the workload is well above the industry standard or what is even considered reasonable. The bonus and the merit raises are non-existent OR laughably low (0-1% on average with a less than 1% bonus). Benefits are way more expensive than other companies - $9,000 more than other companies yearly for family medical plans (horrible benefits). The CEO is a horrible person who says he would replace the employees with AI if he could (he said this to the employees and laughed). To the folks still working there - know that there is MUCH better out there - better companies with better pay and zero toxicity. To anyone looking to work there, find anything else!
