I am empowered to take the actions I think are best without asking permission from senior management. The company vision is great.
Cons
Training from Medtronic Corporate for employees is weak, particularly for new employees. Corporate HR and Training departments need process improvements. Senior management needs to to a better job at communication clearly and in a timely manner to employees.
