      good place to be manager, lots of products, high margin medical device industry, growth oriented, top management does promote communication, though often does not recognize results.

      Cons

      not much on info sharing, employees lean towards containment of knowledge, constant questioning is required to gather simple answers, top down management

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
