Work/life balance, PTO, Holiday shutdown, the staff and colleagues are all amazing and great to work with

The company has seen better financial days. My manager wouldn’t even work with me on developing goals to align with a promotion in the future. I gave my resignation because the future of this company looks grim. The base salaries are low, bonus payouts are never 100%, morale is low due to leadership tanking the company, due to recent layoffs workloads have increased.
