Pros

Good compensation. Generally flexible with hybrid work.

Cons

Terrible management from the top down. Little mobility below the director level, who seem to reward themselves more than they reward their reports. Generally, the talent across the company is not where it needs to be, and everyone is under-resourced, so it's a stressful environment.

Pros

A lot of learning and development

Cons

They’ll work you to the bone. An average week consisted of 20 hours of driving, 7 corporate meetings, 70+ phone calls from patients and hours of computer activity totaling to a 60 hour work week. There is zero work life balance. You do not get a corporate phone or car so be prepared for that. I had patients calling my personal phone nonstop and even on Christmas. Even then, multiple people TMs were not appreciated by management and were put on a PIP with 87% QTD. The quotas are also unrealistic. Look at the base salary because you’ll more than likely be making that.
