We’re sorry to hear that we are currently unable to provide the growth and development that you need right now at Meeting Tomorrow. Even though we are a small company, we agree we need to find a better way for our team members to grow in clearly defined ways and that’s one of our top priorities this year. This past year has been quite a year of change for MT and we know there’s a lot more we can do to make improvements. We appreciate your feedback in relation to salary increases and we will definitely work with our managers to provide more clarity to their team members regarding increases.
