Pros

I've been at Meeting Tomorrow since 2018 and it's been a great place to work over the past 6+ years! I have grown and developed a lot in my time here and I have always been supported by my colleagues and management. I feel comfortable to be vulnerable and my authentic self always. Everyone I work with is kind and genuinely cares about doing great work and taking care of each other. I see a long future for myself here!

Cons

This is a smaller company that is growing fast, so at times decisions can change quickly which can be stressful at times. Leadership and management does their best to communicate these changes, but sometimes that can fall through the cracks. The seasonality of the industry means there are times that there is a lot more work on our plates than others. This is more a con of the events industry than anything at MT. Management does a good job of resource allocation to make sure people are able to maintain a healthy balance in their lives.

Pros

Great employees and great people to work with

Cons

No room to move up or to make lateral moves. Only promotes the same people over and over. Pay should be a lot higher for most positions as MT was on the lower end for pay
