Pros

The energy of the events industry is exhilarating, and there's always something new and exciting. But what truly sets us apart is our incredible team – my colleagues are genuinely supportive, making every challenge a collaborative win. Knowing the real impact we have, creating unforgettable experiences for our clients and their guests, is incredibly rewarding.

Cons

Events don't always happen 9-to-5. Early mornings, late nights, weekends, and travel are often part of the job, especially leading up to and during an event. However, MT does a great job managing people's capacity especially during busy seasons.

Pros

Great employees and great people to work with

Cons

No room to move up or to make lateral moves. Only promotes the same people over and over. Pay should be a lot higher for most positions as MT was on the lower end for pay
