Pros
I've only been working here a few months but I feel like I settled in really quickly. The team here are good to work with, they're approachable and they are what makes this company great. If you don't mind being hands on and getting things done, than this is a company that will suit you just fine. The business is growing rapidly and there is a real feeling of change in the culture, and that's something the management team are driving forward.
Cons
None really.The company are looking to concentrate on career progression and other opportunities within the business, and I know this is being looked at because it's been brought up in staff meetings, so I envisage it will not be long before this is implemented.
