good technology stack, good salary good hikes, good overtime policies, good work hours, Get to know the end to end development.

Cons

Monopoly, HR policies changes from person to person, Opportunities are given to very few people. you cannot be good or better , you have to be best and 'best' is subjected. Lots of favour-ism. Instant judgement for an employee which is also taken from others opinion. Instant categorisation of an employee. Management runs by very few and legacy people which turns into favour-ism. work pressure. Agile is not properly implemented due to which it creates chaos. you may feel inferior if you does not belong to a particular group. your abilities will be judge many times.
