Pros
Some of the people I worked with were honest and hardworking but this does not extend to the senior management or external advisors who meddle in the companies business unnecessarily.
Cons
The company is owned by a dillusional unstable individual who is always very negative about his own company and is rude and abusive to his staff on a regular basis. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to work for and I would strongly recomend that however desperate you may be to find a job avoid this company at all costs.
