MegaNexus is a small company that is growing at considerable speed. The amount of project work gives employees a chance to take on responsibilities that may not be so easy to come by in a larger company. In my experience good performance is rewarded by increases in salary. I personally like the fact that any frustration can be aired very directly with the owner and/or line managers and this culture creates a strong team ethic from top to bottom.
