Pros
A really friendly place with nice people and approachable manager. There's lots of do so you can progress really fast in your career with lots of opportunities to get involved with interesting projects and clients. If you work hard and smart you get respect, responsibility and promotion.
Cons
You need to think smart to work here as you have to anticipate problems and figure out your own solution. If you just do what you're told you can end up a blind alley - which may be good for learning but not for career.
