Pros

I couldn't find any Pros

Cons

- Not ordered, organized, everything is running without any clear principles. - No principles, and even if it exists, person in charge resigned way too fast and therefore they do not know, what they are doing. - They gave me a offer letter after 2 months since final interview and pushing me to give them a start date in 3 days. - I signed up 2 paperwork when I enter, but when I quite I signed bunch of papers that reqires all department's person in charge every different floors in the building. This is fact that I faced while I was there, 1) It took me 2 months to get my laptop for work, I used my own personal laptop until I get my company laptop. 2) Two Intern kids on my team gets full-time offer emails from HR which was not for them. 3) HR miscalcaulated and New comer recieved higher wage than what she supposted to get and then HR found that and told her, HR is going to deduct those wage from her next paycheck. - all of those are tip of iceberg.

Pros

You can gain extensive cloud experience, and the company will cover the cost of your cloud certifications if you pass them on your first attempt.

Cons

If you work as a forward-deployed engineer, you don’t get many chances to get to know your own team members. You also need to communicate directly with the client company without going through management.

Pros

As the largest Cloud MSP in Korea, it offers exposure to diverse public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) and advanced areas like HPC and Cloud Backup. It is ideal for rapidly expanding technical skills and professional network.

Cons

Organizational culture and processes are immature due to hyper-growth, leading to insufficient job stability. Compensation for key roles like PL/TA is often set below market value relative to the heavy workload and responsibilities.
