      Pros

      Friendly coworkers and competent, understanding managers. 401K retirement plan, paid vacation, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid holidays with time and a half pay if you work on the holiday.

      Cons

      Pay is not very competitive with similar jobs elsewhere. Can't be more than 2 minutes without getting written up, 8 chances and you're fired.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
