      Pros

      Great atmosphere and very friendly and loyal staff. The company takes care of there employees very well. I have worked for another major retailer and the care level at Meijer is top notch.

      Cons

      Old equiptment makes some areas look dirty. More money budgeted towards repairs.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
