      Pros

      Decent pay and hours are there if you're willing to devote your whole life to them.

      Cons

      Expect you to fully commit all your time to them, hard to work with on scheduling, filling out a limited availability form is basically saying "give me 12 hours a week" have extremely high expectations yet give you little time to finish anything.

      Pros

      Great leadership and atmosphere to be a part of. The job always has something new to offer every day so it is very engaging.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
