      They work well with you when it comes to managing another job or schooling. They will give you time off when needed

      Cons

      There are too many managers and not enough employees. It is tough to get things done when being pulled in every direction.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
