      Pros

      Fast Paced, you wont be bored. You will learn a lot quickly. Pay and benefits could be better, no tutition reimbursement (but it has been talked about since I started working there) The opportunities to move around within the company are high. Possibility of being involved in project groups is high, if you know to ask and pursue the opportunities on your own.

      Cons

      You will learn a lot quickly without much training. Trained by your peers, hopefully they have the time and the interest to help you. No formal training program or opportunities to learn new skills and advance with a base knowledge of the next position.

      Great leadership and atmosphere to be a part of. The job always has something new to offer every day so it is very engaging.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
