      Pros

      Coworkers were awesome, and the company events were usually fun. Bonus discounts on certain items throughout the year. Health-awareness programs.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. No training! Lack of respect from management and other senior employees. Very little freedom; this is mostly a result of management not trusting the people they hire.

      Great leadership and atmosphere to be a part of. The job always has something new to offer every day so it is very engaging.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
