      The Grand Rapids area is nice in the fall

      Cons

      Extreme passive aggressiveness. Capable underlings not allowed to run teams and see their careers limited and are pushed out by old timers afraid of changes.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
