      Pros

      Its a job. With the economy as bad as its been atleast its a job. good place to work if you like working with the public.

      Cons

      No/Few Raises. Everyone Starts off at a couple cents above minimum wage and part time. Management does not have follow thru and easily get stressed over small stuff.

      Great leadership and atmosphere to be a part of. The job always has something new to offer every day so it is very engaging.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
