      Working with diverse group of people and getting the opportunity to share ones knowledge while learning how to provide excellent customer service.

      Cons

      At times it is difficult to hire top talent for the company, whether its for management or at the team member level.

      Great leadership and atmosphere to be a part of. The job always has something new to offer every day so it is very engaging.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
