Pros
Working overnights was enjoyable. My fellow 3rd Shift co-workers were friendly and easy to get along with. I enjoyed my job very much. My line leader was nice when he wasn't stressed, then he could be a pill.
Cons
Drunk/high customers at all hours of the night. Lack of store security overnight. Co -workers often called off, doubling your work load. A lot of turnover, which is managements fault. As soon as first Shift would start to come in, the whole atmosphere of the store would change; they were grumpy, wouldn't crack a smile, wouldn't say "good morning" even if you said it to them first and some of them were even management! I got sick of their attitudes and quit. They were a miserable bunch.
