      They’ve generally taken care of me throughout my career except for the last 2 years. Good pay and bonus structure.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, perfection or your on the street! Work hard, try for promotions and other positions in vain, but it’s not what you know or what you are capable of, it’s who likes you.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
