      Pros

      Great Vacation Time Very Nice Facility Starbucks on-site Family Owned Decent Pay

      Cons

      -Workload is cumbersome (doing 2-3 people's worth of work as a rule) -Poor Morale -It is frowned upon to challenge leadership. There is a "smile and suck it up" mentality here ... or watch yourself get "downsized" out of here. It's best to pretend to be happy at all times.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
