      Pros

      Starting pay above minimum wage. Pretty good benefits. Co-workers.

      Management Improper training if any Doesn’t stand by employee Lack of communication throughout store Favoritism Cliquish Has employees using Roundup on the landscaping, even though they have actual landscapers. Uses and uses you until you quit. They claim to be family oriented company and that is untrue. Doesn’t make employees punch out for lunches.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
