      Pros

      Seeing some of the same faces, repeat, kind customers can make the day nice.

      Cons

      Working full part time at full time hours. Insurance is definitely not affordable for the part time employee. It seems like they are so excited to get you onboard; all about family! But it is all about the Meijer family. There is no chance for improving yourself here, it is a great illusion.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
