      Pros

      Pay / benefits not bad. Good learning experience.

      Cons

      No direction from Store directors. Being streched to the limit on amount of work, not given enough associates in the department. And being forced to working more than your department.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
