      the people are always will to assist you even if they are not working on the same project as you

      Cons

      there is not much chance for mobility unless you have been there for a long time no development program

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
