Pros
Flexible hours. Lower management can be decently likable and they seem genuinely interested in success. Pretty much all you have to do to keep your job is show up, don't steal, and don't sell alcohol and tobacco to underage persons (although this can be a bad thing as all other forms of incompetence are generally tolerated).
Cons
Seemingly arbitrary company wide shifts in policy and/or practice continually inhibit ability to serve customers. District management seems to fabricate things that are "wrong" just so they can remain relevant and appear to actually be doing something worth their pay. Career advancement is very nearly non-existent. Scheduling is inconsistent.
