The work life balance was okay, and you get time and a half for anything over 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week
Cons
They often take one or more people from a department and tell them they need to help on lanes. Once, this caused me Pay was not good It took around 700 hours of work to get a $0.25 raise (at the most). I showed interest for about a year in becoming a Team Leader, I was told I could do it but they never moved further, even after my online training.
