Pros
With the stores open 24/7, there are always shifts available for anyone. There are opportunities to transfer to management, if your willing to handle everything that comes with it. Compensation is typical of a retail store, minimum wage. However, benefits are available to those who meet the requirements, that are decent. They include 401K's, vision/dental and healthcare.
Cons
Management has a tendency to hold those scheduled less then 8 hours with little to no warning. If your scheduled 6 hours, plan on being there longer. Stores are constantly understaffed, and overworked; with blame put on restrictions set by corporate. Managers are overworked, working nights to turn around and come back in the morning. Schedules are posted Friday and start Sunday, going one week. This makes it very difficult to plan life around work.
