Pros
- Flexible Schedule, easily get days off when you ask in advance - Competitive pay - Scheduled Raises every 1000 hours or so - Great work environment, it feels like the people really care about your success not just in work, but in life in general - They respect you as a person, and understand that you have a life outside of work, and that sometimes life can get in the way. They have been more than accommodating to my issues and have worked hard to help me succeed in spite of those issues
Cons
- It isn't very often that they officially tell you when something changes, like a rule or policy about how to handle things. Usually you just hear it from co-workers whenever something changes - It would be nice to get some more training on how things should be done every so often, and it would be nice to be trained for a little bit longer than what they currently do
