Pros
Most of the co workers are good, that's why I've stayed so long. That and the closeness to home.
Cons
No accountability for people who don't do their jobs. They just make you do more to pick up after them. Horrible pay for the amount expected and stress level of the job. Whole place goes into hysterics when "corporate" is expected in but they never show up. Deliberate under staffing to save on labor so the upper management gets bonuses for saving labor, one person does the job of 3-4. Management treats people with disabilities like second class citizens, people are shuffled around into jobs they can't do because of their age and health and the management complains when they can't do the work. Customers yell at you for things out of your control and you just have to stand there and take it.
