      Pros

      Being outside, managers don't really care what you do as long as you push your carts in and the lot isn't disgusting

      Cons

      Horrible pay Work in all weather conditions Not given hours promised Treated like animals Not given the time of day by mangers

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
