Pros

CAREER DEVELOPMENT - I started as a Call Center employee almost 15 years ago, and now I work as the Director of International Sales. Melaleuca has given me fantastic opportunities that I didn't even consider were possible when I started. As a company they truly look to develop and promote talent from within. The career opportunities are endless at Melaleuca. NEW RECORDS - Melaleuca is a growth-based company and we strive for excellence in all that we do. We are already a very successful company, but I love that we challenge ourselves to be better each day and that we don't simply sit back and enjoy our success. It's so fun and rewarding to be a part of a company that continues to set new records!! MAKING A DIFFERENCE - The best thing about working at Melaleuca is the opportunity to help others while building your own career. At Melaleuca we really make a difference. We manufacture the absolute best health and wellness products on the market, and we provide a financial opportunity for the average family to change their lives. Nothing is better!!

Cons

I honestly don't have any cons; I truly love working for Melaleuca.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
