Pros

It is obvious to me and my coworkers that HR has been putting good reviews on here to prop the company's average rating up. Here are the pros: Nice facility, the free products are nice, company picnic and other events are nice, having the cafeteria inside the headquarters is nice.

Cons

I think Melaleuca has an easy time finding candidates because it is one of the only options in Idaho Falls for many different fields of employment. Even with that, turnover is very high depending on which department you're in. There is a lot of micromanagement from executive and other high level management positions. You'll be given free products, free cookies, free soda, etc. those are nice but they don't make up for the poor managing style and low pay.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
