Pros

, was not a good company to work for in my opinion. I worked in the Rexburg call Center as a Spanish Customer Service Representative, and was promoted to basically a made-up position called “Team Lead”. This company continually told me of how they want you to move up and how they promote from within. As far as the call Center does, you had better be good buddies with someone who makes that decision, because if you aren’t, no chance. They pride themselves in being the “best company to work for” in Southeast Idaho. Far be it from the truth in my opinion. There were other benefits but overall I’m very dissatisfied with having spent nearly three years working in this call Center and having worked my butt off to network within the company, I worked hard and was a consistent performer, yet no way to move up. I know it may be tempting to work here if you’re a student in Rexburg but trust me...you’re probably better off. This job sucks out your soul and this company gives false feelings of how highly they think of you all the time. - Decent pay for Rexburg - $90 product check - 401k with match - Some decent people here and there

Cons

- Horrible Management - Favoritism - Call centers kill your soul - Goody-Goody annoying coworkers - Micromanaging culture - Treat you like children - Even if you do move up...they won’t pay you what you’re worth. Trust me.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
