Pros

Melaleuca is a solid company with steady growth and new ideas that help maintain interest. I enjoy great benefits that include paid time off, money matching 401-K, longevity bonus, employee appreciation parties, free products and even an employee restaurant with amazing food and fitness center. We have a CEO that actually cares about the people who he employs. I feel like a valued employee because I am consistently given opportunities to give input and grow in my field. from the moment I was given my offer to work here I felt the impact of the Melaleuca mission statement which is "enhancing the lives of those we touch by helping people reach their goals." I really feel my life has been enhanced and feel like I am a part of a world class organization that strives to live by every word. Lastly, you can work somewhere with all of the bells and whistles and be miserable because of the lousy people you have to work with or you could dig ditches with people you love to be around and it could feel like you are not doing work at all. The people I get to come to work with every day are the kind of people I could dig ditches with. I am lucky to work here....

Cons

No organization is perfect. Melaleuca is the biggest little company in Idaho. My only frustration so far is that there are soooo many levels of approval. I don't know how many Vice presidents we have here but there are alot. It feels like sometimes we wait for the imps in the forest to sway in the breeze for weeks before a decision comes down. I have friends who work in other corporate offices who are experiencing the same types of frustration so take that for what its worth.

Pros

The people you work along side with are great, and management do seem to care about you as long as you communicate with them.

Cons

Work can get repetitive, and it takes a long time to get approval to learn new skills.
