Pros
The company culture is great and there is so much to do. It is very easy to grow quickly within Melaleuca because of its incredible growth. If you're a performer and like to make an impact, you can find a home here. The IT department is going through a lot of growing pains; this has provided me many opportunities to make an impact. The leadership is excellent and very personable as well. Melaleuca has been a great place to kickstart my career.
Cons
Due to Idaho Falls being "far" from urbanized areas it can be hard to get outside talent, but I think Melaleuca is doing better at overcoming that.
