Pros

Medical benefits, $90 free products every month; wear a lot of hats and learn a lot of new things that might not be in your job description (some may see this as a "con" but it's grown my skillset and resume); Management has always been flexible about personal leave, putting family first, leaving work to volunteer at school, etc.; great cafeteria; beautiful building with nice walking path; onsite gym; truly friendly and helpful people; rewarding work; good management styles with lots of autonomy; profit sharing program; longevity bonuses as a form of retirement plan is unheard of this day and age; good, positive work culture; thriving business that is debt-free and no history of lay-offs ever. I left and came back because I missed these perks.

Cons

Subsidized daycare used to be onsite but didn't relocate when headquarters did; ranking system seems antiquated; no casual dress; work hard, really hard leading up to events with long days, work going home, working weekends, etc - that's expected from management; as a company that makes eco-friendly products they really need to get styrofoam out of the cafeteria and step up recycling efforts; personnel issues take a long time to address.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
