      Poor leadership, micro management, culture of placing blame and witch-hunts, bad technology, company is completely cost savings focused and does not invest in growth. Low compensation and expect small annual increases 1-2%.

      The people you work along side with are great, and management do seem to care about you as long as you communicate with them.

      Cons

      Work can get repetitive, and it takes a long time to get approval to learn new skills.
