Pros

I have always been impressed with how important product quality and customer satisfaction are at Melaleuca. I work on the manufacturing side of the business and have also been a customer since working here. I have often heard from other people that after working at another company, they would never be a customer of the company because they saw the manufacturing conditions of that company. Melaleuca always keeps the highest quality for all manufacturing steps of their products.

Cons

Melaleuca has grown so quickly over the years that it is hard to keep up with the growth in all aspects. For example, in Manufacturing, the growth pushes us to get even more efficient with the facilities and equipment that we have to keep up with the continued growth at Melaleuca.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
