Fantastic co-workers, exciting product, relevant mission, growing company Recent changes include flexible lunch hours, work from home during bad weather, paid maternity/paternity, etc. I've been with this company nearly 10 years, and I can say that I truly love my job. The changes that were announced earlier this week show that the company is listening and changing to adapt to today's needs. I loved my job on Tuesday. On Wednesday, I started to love the company, too. Kudos to Melissa and Doug for paying attention and helping me feel like I work for a company that cares about me as a person as much as I do about it. Yay! Cannot wait to see what else is coming.
